  • Exercise: this will make you feel better in and about your body.
  • Eat healthy: You are what you eat!
  • Smile!! : Smiling boosts your immune system and releases endorphins improving your mood
  • Get ready for yourself.. every. single. day: Dress to impress. Look good, feel good, do good. “Dress like the job you want not the job you have.”
  • Give yourself one compliment a day: Seriously, you are your harshest critic.
  • Set Realistic Goals: This will help you maintain motivation to better yourself.
  • Stop Comparing Yourself To Others: Unfollow or unfriend people that leave you feeling bad about yourself.
  • Step Away From Social Media: People only share what they want you to see on social media. Seriously, I am guilty of it too.
  • Clear Out The Clutter: Throw away receipts, loose papers, junk.
  • Walk With A Purpose: This helps you feel stronger and more confident to face challenges.
  • Wear Your Favorite Perfume: This will allow you to get through the day with out feeling self conscious about your body odor.
  • Find Your Tribe: Surrounding yourself with the right people WILL make a huge impact on your confidence level.
